CRA President - Perry Gates

Mr. Gates joined the CRA family in 2010 and has already made a big impact on the school. He has served as a principal for over 18 years and a teacher and coach for over 30 years, receiving his B.A. from Harding University in Searcy, AR, and his M.Ed. from MTSU in Murfreesboro, TN. Perry and his wife, Kathy, have been married for 34 years. They have two daughters; Jamie, an elementary school teacher in Nashville, TN; and Joey, a social worker in Searcy, AR. Perry enjoys golf, reading, and spending time with his family.

High School Principal - Mack Ramsey

Mr. Ramsey is beginning his eleventh year at CRA and his 29th year in education. He serves as High School Principal, history teacher, Quiz Bowl coach, tennis coach, and sponsors the Student Council. Mack received his Bachelor’s degree from Harding University in 1981 and he holds graduate degrees from Arkansas State University in history and education. Mack and his wife, Judy, have been married 28 years and have three children. Their two sons, Steven and David, are both CRA graduates. Steven recently graduated from Harding University, while David is attending his second year at Harding. Their daughter, Elizabeth, is in the 8th grade at CRA. The Ramsey family lives in Jonesboro and attends Valley View Church of Christ.

Elementary Principal - Greg Kinser

Mr. Kinser is starting his eighteenth year at CRA. He serves as the Elementary Principal, as well as Sr. Class Bible instructor, Track and Cross Country Coach, and Athletic Director. Mr. Kinser graduated from Harding University in 1980 with a BA in Elementary Education. He received his Master’s Degree in Administration from Pittsburgh State University in 1992. Mr. Kinser taught in the class room for thirteen years before coming to CRA in 1993. He is married to Selma and has two daughters, Hannah and Molly, both CRA graduates.
