2007 RECRUITMENT POLICY

If you recruit any new student to cme to the Academy for the 2007-2008 school year, there will be a discount equal to one half of that students's tuition given to either that student's family or to the family who recruited the student.  If a family recruits a student, this fact must be made known on the recruited students' registration form in the designated space.  Otherwise, the discount will not be given.  If the family who recruited the student would like to transfer the discount to the family who has been recruited, the space can simply be left blank.  EITHER THE NEW FAMILY OR THE FAMILY WHO RECRUITED THEM WILL RECEIVE THE DISCOUNT, BUT NOT BOTH.  The new student discount will only apply for the 2007-2008 school year. 

FAQs:

If I have one student enrolled at the Academy and then recruit a family with three students, can I build a credit for the 2008-2009 school year? 

No - credits cannot be carried over.

What if two families have recruited a family?

The new student should list both families who recruited them and the discount, if going to the recruiters, will be evenly divided between both names on the form.

Are past students who are no longer enrolled eligible?

Yes, as long as they were not enrolled at the Academy in 2006-2007.

Are students who have a brother or sister already enrolled at the Academy eligible?

Yes, as long as the new student was not enrolled at the Academy in 2006-2007.

What if my recruited family forgets to write my name in the proper blank when they register?  Will I still receive the discount?

No.  It is essential that they fill out this portion of the application.

If I have recruited a new student to kindergarten or PALS, can I receive or give a discount?

No.  At this time, PALS and kindergarten students are not included in this offer.

If I recruit a new family and they do not wish to receive the discount, nor to I, what can I do with the credit?

The discount can be passed along to a student who is already enrolled at the Academy or to another new family.

ANY STUDENT WHO WAS NOT ENROLLED AT THE ACADEMY FOR THE 2006-2007 SCHOOL YEAR IS ELIGIBLE TO BE RECRUITED.
